I am a recovering corporate person who started accompanying some of the great Baja (the 800-mile long peninsula south of San Diego, California, in Mexico) explorers and bush pilots 25 years ago, and it changed my life. Most of those folks are no longer with us, but I hope I am doing a small part in carrying on their great love and respect for the outdoors.
Timeless Journeys developed organically when a friend asked me to take her to one of the remote lagoons in Baja where the grey whales migrate every year to bear their young, and I've never looked back. I moved to Botswana, in southern Africa, in 2001, and spent all of my free time in the Bush, camping in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by wild animals. I returned to the U.S. a few years later, but my heart stayed in Africa, and when friends asked me to take them there, I was happy to do so.
Although my background is business, I studied Huna (H'oponopono) in Hawaii, studied Reiki in Cape Town, South Africa, and became a Reiki Master, and I am one of the only white people to be allowed to go through traditional initiation as a Zulu healer in Swaziland. I practice Mindfulness in my daily life and love to organize adventures to introduce city dwellers to the tranquility of Nature - something that they can bring home with them. That, and building a community of friends, worldwide, are my passions.

Some of our guides are in the photo above taken by my friend, Jim Quick, on our 2018 Botswana adventure, and our office manager, Tinkerbelle, is on the left in the photo directly to the right, and with her is our local scout and guide, Daisy. We recently accepted a very young intern, Carrot, below.
