TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our adventures in Mexico and Africa are extremely labor intensive to plan, because we go to such remote places, and can only take small groups. 

We do not offer refunds, as we make arrangements/payments with our vendors on your behalf once you book your trip. If, for some unforeseen reason, you need to cancel your participation in an event in which you reserved your space, your deposit is not refundable. However, we want you to be able to participate in another event that we have planned and are leading in the future. If you paid the balance 12 weeks or more before the beginning of the excursion, you may apply that amount, less administrative costs, to a future event within two years of your payment.

Payments
Balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the tour’s first day of service. If you paid your balance 8 weeks or less before the beginning of the adventure, it is not refundable, and it cannot be applied to a future event.
